So glad Lancelot got his happy ever after. He needed his happy place. Julian is a librarian who doesn’t believe he can be loved. They meet. Argue and Julian throws him out of the Library. A Steamy and Exciting Listen!
I LOVED this book. This quickly be some my favorite so far of the Theriot series, sliding past book #1 which I never expected. I liked what we got of Lancelot in the other books but this gave us a much better in-depth look at him and his monkey Tony. Julian I liked right away, and I fell in love with their banter that turned to heated passion. Their relationship moved quick but it was so believably written. I loved the suspense in this as well when dealing with the enemies, and look forward to how that will play out in future books. I have no complaints at all except wishing I had one more chapter but that’s only because I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to this pairing yet. And let me just say Michael Dean’s narration in this is perfection. He does such a great job differing between characters. He’s truly one of the best. I added this to my favorites.
