What the actual?!

I have no words! This book was funny up until the pending end and now we are off to book 2. Insane…a must read/listen

I love this book, however I love fact checking too. (Law portion of this book) so that made me eh about it but I love this book

This is my first review for a book😅 but this book is amazing i saw a tik tok of it this morning and decided to read it and ended up finishing it! I'm at a lost for words on this plot twist so guess who isn't sleeping tonight :)

I Loved this book, I do wish it was longer. Can’t wait for book 2.

Laces

Laces is the first book in the Boys of Hawthorne Asylum series. This book focuses on Gambrielle and Laces. This book is told from dual points of view from both characters which I love, because I feel like I'm in both character's minds.

Gambrielle is sent to the asylum after being accused of the murder of her sister. However we find out her stepfather did it, but he's a corrupt DA, who has everyone in his pockets. During the whole book, she is fighting to get out to prove her innocence.

Gambrielle's first meeting with Laces was hilarious. After that their banter had me enjoying the book. Laces is dark and disturbed, and Gambrielle is the innocent in the asylum. They bond a friendship, but Laces wants more, but Gambrielle is scared to go there. She has trust issues after her stepfather. She's had a rough home life.

I can not wait for the next book in the series! I flew through this one. It was a great book, and I would recommend it.

Wow!!

Such an awesome book! The writing is incredible! Love the characters! I didn’t want it to end! A definite must read!

Overall good story, but felt unfished.

I saw the teaser on TikTok and decided to give it a try. It was a quick listen, but felt as though the story was only halfway finished as it ends on a cliffhanger with no real plot being “completed” thus far.

Yes hits a spot!

I love it and I need all the books asap. That cliffhanger I need to know I want more soooo bad.
