But like all things in my life, nothing is going as planned. I’ve ended up with another Jinn to deal with, a five-year-old shifter who loves to call out my cursing, and a detour that takes me away from Maks.

The clock is ticking, and we are closing in on the players that would stop us from making things right...if only my black cat bad luck would ease off, we’d be good.

This series has Zam, Lila, Max, Balder and more!!

I Love how the relationship have grown and how loyal they are to each other!!

They are getting closer and closer to their final goal, which is exciting and sad all at the same time!!!

I always enjoy listening to a book about Zam and her pride. There's always humor, sarcasm, action, and some heartfelt emotion. I love the world and the creatures that Shannon Mayer has created. Lauren Fortgang is fantastic. I love listening to her.

Action packed and riveting listen!

Once again, the narrator, Lauren Fortgang has completely outdone herself. I absolutely love how she portrays Zam and the other characters.
It felt like I was right there beside them watching everything unfold. I found it so difficult to pause the book, so I kept doing errands and came home and cleaned so that I could continue getting lost in Zam and Mak’s journeys.
Do yourself a favor, and pick up this series. The narrator is phenomenal and literally transports you into another world.

I am sooo into this story

I don’t even know how I ever shall live without stories of the pride. I love Zam, Lila and Maks so much, the first book is my total go to happy book. And this one, didn’t disappoint. Twists and turns, sweet friendship and kick @ss heros. The demons better put on their big boy panties, because the pride is coming for them and will not rest until they have faced off with the baddest of them all. Hurry up book nine! I cannot wait to hear another brilliant audio adventure!

Zam freakin' rocks!!!

Another adrenaline pumping, laugh out loud, crazy Zam adventure! Will she ever catch a break? Probably not and for that I am grateful as these stories are THE best! Maks is being held captive by the Storm Queen who wants his baby. Poor Zam is stuck with a Jinn who is just a pain in the rump and good for nothing! Every one and their mother are after her and all she wants in the world is to save her mate! Bring it on!!!

She's a Shifter, Jinn and part Dragon

You better watch out Storm Queen she's coming for you. As always Shannon did a flawless job picking up right were we left off. You are thrown into a chase to get the little Raehon away from Asaug and to get Maks back from Danni the Storm Queen. We pick up some potential allies, a little bit of possession and some love connection what could go wrong? Can't wait for the next book to drop!

Great Series

This was a really great series I can't wait for the next book. All of your other series are great as well!

Waited so long,... totally worth it!

Book 8 in the Kingdom of Storms series is as fun, exciting, and fast paced as the books in this series put together. Isn't that how we all hope it will be, each book better than the last, even though book 1 was amazing. There is no disappointment here. The comfort of characters that have grown to be good friends, adding new and infrequent characters to add edge and show how our old friends have grown. Shannon Mayer has built a fascinating world you can see and follow as you read or listen. Her imagination and technical skills always stand out. If you aren't up to date on Zam, Mars, and Lila, you're missing out.
