The second half of his life was devoted to practice, philosophy and philanthropy. His learnings, which are the secrets of the spiritual path, have been guardedly kept close to his chest. But as he approaches the final phase of his life, he has decided to share them with those fortunate enough to receive them.

Bleak.
Comprehensive, well written and thorough explanation. Objective and to the point.
Offers little hope for redemption. Your very nature as a human predisposes you to failure. That ill thought you just had about the road rage guy who cut you off on the interstate; ....negative Karma. Thich Nat Hanhs writings are more hopeful. Good luck.
