Healing and helpful
This book has helped me so much when I’ve been feeling like things have been spiraling lately with fear in my life. It reminds me that I have time. I am safe and there is only NOW. Highly recommend if you struggle with fear and anxiety.

Beautiful and inspiring
Great inspirational book! Andy Bird has a very calming voice and such a way of bringing a smile. I could listen again and again. Struggles and heartbreak turned into success and healing. He has already helped so many people with his social media posts @dreadfulbird. Just hearing that ayyyy! I know that for that moment I can relax and smile with a friend. I am grateful for this book, for Andy, and that I had the time to listen.

Such valuable tools to carry with you through life
Reading and hearing this book has shown me a lot about being grateful. I’ve connected with this book in more ways than one, it’s great knowing that your story isn’t so isolated and I can hear how passionate the author is about this. I love the journey
