Not what I expected.

It’s actually really good. Good character development, story moves at a steady pace. Narrator has a decent voice and gives each of the characters their own identity.

I don't know what caused this guy to stop writing, but... PLEASE KEEP GOING!!! This is an amazingly good read! I couldn't put it down. It offends me that he stopped after hooking me so firmly. He's either just an asshole, or he got some disease that prevents him from using his hands. Whatever the case DO NOT START READING THIS THING UNLESS HE GETS OFF HIS ASS AND STARTS WRITING AGAIN!!!!

Unexpectedly Great

I first came across these books and downloaded them almost three years ago. I've finally worked my way through my audiobook list to arrive at L.A. Dark. What a treat! It sets up a great story with interesting characters and gets the listener invested right away. The first book in the series is basically an introduction to the rest of the books and leaves you wanting more, so definitely be ready to commit to the journey. Enjoy!
