I simply adore everything Grace Burrowes’s writes. I’ve read 80% of her catalog and there’s not one dud in the bunch. Jack’s story is no different.

Good story

The narration was well done and I enjoyed each and every one of the four books in the series.

This is a good one!

I have to say, so far, this is my favorite one in the series. I enjoyed Matthew’s story, even though Thomas’ hypocrisy spoiled it for me. Axel had a good story—though his lecturing was a bit tedious. Jack’s story was just right!

A sound plot and good, rounded characters

Burroughs creates entertaining plots and this one is excellent. Her characters are fully-realized. Although the author sometimes overdoes the sex scenes, this one is more realistic and therefore more relatable.
