Wonderful story. This is my second book from this new to me author. It did not disappoint. I’m very thankful a lot of books are on audio. It makes it easier for me. Last amazing narration.

Sweet story

JFH was a very sweet HEA with little to no conflict. I enjoyed it for what it was, but it is just kind of surface level fluff (not derogatory). The lack of conflict/tension and the way the story line and characters were executed just left me feeling unsatisfied because things were just mentioned at surface levels and never really came back up again.

*LIGHT SPOILER ALERT*

For example: The characters kind of knew each other when the story starts but not really from an English class they were in together. We find out later that an assignment in that class is a major contributing factor for the relationship but then it is only briefly referenced in a few subsequent chapters and then never again and we don’t know what was written by Ethan to spark the desire in Justin; just that it was so profoundly intense enough that he carried it in his wallet for years despite only kind of knowing him from that one class. It would have felt complete if maybe the poem was Ethan’s wedding vowels to Justin and he read it to him and we got to hear the words that affected Justin, but it just fizzled out and went nowhere.

I just kept waiting for a big moment and it just never happened. I do think it is a great story if you are looking for something light and happy with no conflict.

Worth the credit! Story of two college students with a strong connection to each other. Just a warning that Ethan is a survivor of SA but it is never detailed on page. Justin is the football player who noticed Ethan in a freshman lit class and was smitten ever since. The story starts with their meeting and journeys with them to adjusting to a life committed to each other. Great story and narration. 5⭐️

Great love story!

This book is beautifully written and touches on so many struggles! I thoroughly enjoyed Jistin and Erhans story! I didn't want it to end! Tha k you for the beautiful story and the great narration!

DAMN THEY MOVE FAST

Holy crap, I have NEVER seen a college kid move up that quick in life. The writing is super strange and very repetitive, and didn’t have much flow. There were times I was super bored on my long trips driving back to college and had to turn on something else. It seemed like the author didn’t want them to be in college all of the sudden and decided to write a completely different plot.
