Engrossing and Entertaining

Fun!
This is a funny fantasy. Albert goes through a trying time with creatures and a witch. His fiancée’s mother gives him cookies and lemonade and when he leaves her house. Her house is suddenly gone. Joshua Carver was excellent narration it!

Suspend disbelief at the door. It starts out kind of hokey but becomes quite fun. Much like stepping into a gamer story, without the boring repetition of rules, point scoring, or obligatory sex. Short and to-the-point.

A wacky but fun magical listen
Interesting. Looking for something different? This might be it. You can read the synopsis so I won't repeat that. It is a unusual tale about magic, magical characters and love.
The narration was excellent. The characters were easily recognized.

A Wacky Magical Adventure
I enjoyed the story, characters, & magical locale. The narrator did a wonderful job differentiating & voicing each of the characters. I would love to hear more wacky magical tales set in the land of Drenden and more adventures with Timtik, the faun, Lorn, the woodnymph, Maggot, the witch, and Albert, the human. I would definitely recommend this book!
