I loved the book. the narrator was perfect and the story was great. it made me not want to stop listening. would definitely recommend to anyone!

You Will Love This Book!

"It Must Be Love", by Rachel Gibson is the first book in a while that I absolutely LOVED! It was a thoroughly enjoyable listening experience, as Rebecca Tripp did a great job narrating. The voices were easily distinguishable; the characters were developed well; and it was written with the talent of an author who knows how to engage her reader, encouraging a relationship with her characters.
Definitely Credit Worthy!! Get ready to have some fun!

this is a pure core romance with lots of great fun dialogue. If you want a change from the fifty shades of grey type stories, Rachel Gibson is your new author. She has written these books with fun and humor as the under tone

our hero of course, his opening line when he faces off the goose, made me bark out with laughter on the sample.

What three words best describe Rebecca Tripp’s performance?

she is not my favorite, but the dialogue made up for it. Gads, if Karen White had read this story, wow, it would blow off the charts

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I need some heavy laughter, after listening to some dark material. I went hunting and found
some listeners who's reviews lead me to RG books.

Any additional comments?

I have purchased all with the exception on Tanya Elby reader. Unless she got a whole lot better than her performance of Exclusive, sandra brown. (my all time fave book, which she ruined for me) I did get all on sales...so I can afford to laugh out loud

One of the Best!

I‘m so excited I found this book! I read this book on pdf years ago and COMPLETELY FORGOT THE Name! -We‘ve all been there- and have finally found this book again!

It‘s one of those stories that has a modern noir feel, unique characters, and a story that is satisfying to the end. This book isn‘t rewriting the romance genre- but it does set itself apart as memorable and a book you can listen to/ read to time and time again.

This is a staple in my library- highly recommend.

I was expecting more...

Rachel Gibson is one of my favorite authors. Her stories are funny and usually full of an intense romance. This one did not live up to what I expect from her stories. Yes it was funny but the chemistry between the Joe and Gabrielle was not all that. It didn't help that the narrator didn't really add emotion or made the story come alive like others can. It's a fun cute story but not heart melting like her hockey series.

Fun, Off Beat, and only a bit of drag

I have really enjoyed Rachel Gibson's books recently- and i seem to have her next one pre-ordered before I finish the last. So i'm so excited that Audible keeps dishing them out- because i can't enough! My favorites so far are the hockey series- and the dating mishaps- so when i came across It Must Be Love, I was thoroughly excited! It only let me down....slightly. Rebecca Tripp's narration leaves a bit to be desired- although definitely not a bad narrator! I just couldn't get into the voo-doo stuff of the main character. ALOT of different scenes made me laugh out loud though (jumping off the balcony!). So as i look back- It was definitely credit worthy- although a far shot from my favorite. I felt like the end just kept dragging on, and I was ready for some resolution!!

Looked forward to a new story from R. Gibson

I enjoyed this book. The characters were likeable, or unlikeably as the case maybe. The narrator, at first I thought she was incredible but other times it seemed she was reading it for the first time. I really expect a better story from Ms. Gibson.

Cute Story

This is a cute story. It's not as humorous as I imagined it would be and the material is dated. It's not a book I would want to use a credit on but rather get on sale.
