Simple concepts that I have overlooked

Well organized and helpful. Concepts that you can apply now. Literally things you can do right this minute with no investment.

Outdated psychology but still relevant

The same age old situations, problems, and barriers in couples haven't changed much over the last 50 years but psychology and psychotherapy certainly have. This book has lots of Freudian references and beliefs that few psychotherapists and psychologists use today. Overall great advice, just know that when it starts talking about being sexually attracted to your parents that is outdated wisdom.

It took me a few days to listen to the book and yes I have learn from it

discouraging book

the short answer to the titular question is: "Yes for other people." I got that from the beginning and I couldn't listen any more.

This book talks about all the millions of issues from medical experts but does not provide a solution as stated on the cover. Extreme waste of time.

Non stop depressing scenarios, without any practical advice on how to fix the problems. not sure if i will finish listening to it too dam depressing.
