Pretty good

A lot of it was sort of obvious but good to hear anyway it was mostly about adult men not someone younger a way to fix your mistakes and a little on how to not make them

very interesting.

author speaks on very good points.wish she would brought up other topics when it cones to men.will definitely read her other books

Loved it!

I love how I don't have to sort through any bullcrap. She gets right to the point and helpee me learn much about myself and what would truly lead to a fulfilling life. I never really learned how to be a man from my father, because he seems to be trapped in the pleasing game in between his kids, wife and mother. So I reasearched for myself. This book was a great asset to my knowledge and wisdom I now have. Hopefully, I can use it well. Thank for teaching me how to be a mwn Doctor Laura.

Fantastic!

I am sending a copy to my adult son. We have 2 boys (21/16) I have already told them that once they marry that while I hope our relationships stay close; their priority and 1st thought should always be of their wife and children. I also gave them the “ok” to keep me in check if ever I am riding the line of an overbearing mother. It is my worst nightmare to become a burden to our boys. They are not ours to “keep.”

Outside of that crucial point this book is full of good wisdom on what good men are made of. Good women crave these type of men that understand provision is not only monetary. Great book Dr. L!!

Excellent Book

I didn't agree with every statement about the definition of a real man and his actions. However, I do agree with about 85% of what was in this book. I also feel that it should be considered as a great reference book for ALL men; no matter the color, creed, or religious preference. This has been a truly transformative book for me personally! I look forward to delving into your other books!!!

Never to late

Anyone married or thinking about marriage needs to read this.
Why learn something when it’s to late, read and apply, it’s that easy. Then go teach others.

It's only a fraction of the real book.

it only had 4 chapters out of the 10 chapters in the original book. very disappointing.
