OK you had me when I read the word Pirate...
Okay you had me as soon as I read the word Pirate. And although Military Scifi isn't my go to. This book was awesome. So if you're looking for a action-driven story this one takes the cake! And Greg Tremblay voice performance is par-excellent. His voice kinda reminds me of Ray Porter who I also ❤.

Disclaimer: I’ve been a fan of Rick Partlow’s for a while now.
Fast paced, adrenaline laced storyline in the Tahni-Commonwealth universe. This is Rick’s playground that we are fortunate enough to share.
Spiced with the Partlow sense of humor, this echoes in the minds of those who have served while still being understandable to those not as familiar with mil acronyms. Rick catapults himself into the ranks of the ‘grab-it-now’ authors whose works we look for.

what starts with 1 cop becomes all out space war
follow Murdock a space ranger on the frontier of space settlement. he is sent to an outpost to investigate a disturbance. he ends up on the beginning battle of the pirate wars.
Murphy has an advanced AI running his ship. the disturbance expands & he is sent back with a top level special ops team.
great characters, great narration. unbelievable action & tech.
if you like space battles you will LOVE this start to a new series.
