I wish there was more about Industrial Real Estate vs. real estate in general for people who don't know real estate at all. Industrial Intelligence is a much better book on the subject.

Very generic real estate book that was not related to industrial real estate at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if the content was pulled from another book and a new title was slapped on it.
