I've always wanted to start my own indoor herb garden. I knew that it would be a lot of work but the greatest challenge I had was where to start. This book answered all my questions about indoor gardening. This book goes into great detail about what you would need to start and grow your own garden -the what, where and how. I've learned a lot from this book and will be applying what I learned when I grow my herbs.

Simple but well-narrated and detailed nook! Good book for those who want to have their own mini indoor gardening! Good nook!

BEST AUDIO BOOK....

This book introduces three methods suitable for indoor growing. It touches on basic plant needs and gives information specific to growing indoors. Hydroponic, vertical and aquaponic growing are discussed and simple plans for construction of these systems are given. My only complaint is the lack of diagrams, illustrations and photos.

For the most part it is very beneficial for the novice. This is a good starter reference and it goes into great details about most pests and limiting factors.

GOOD INFORMATION

This was a very short and sweet beginners book to guide you into becoming a avid container Gardner, I learned some interesting tidbits and now want to study more about composting and natural vitamins and homemade plant food recipes.Great book. Very informative!! need to know to grow organic. Love this book!

No wonder why my plants always die, I didn't know all of this information, I didn't even know that this kind of information exist ;) I bake my own bread and now it's time to plant some greens! This book is very informative, if I find this tips and info easy, everyone else will understand it too.

Great book

This book acts as a great introduction to different kinds of gardening techniques. It's not really about how to best sustain a plant. For that, you would need to do more specific research about the plants you are interested in. But, it still acts as a great blueprint to give you ideas about what kind of a garden you want to have and instructions on how to assemble it. The information is very practical and easy to understand.

Informative and interesting guide

Very well put Breakdown. I would have appreciated the acknowledgment of terrariums and succulents, maybe as well as a little bit more reference to plants outside the herb and fruit/Vegetable region. I did appreciate that a few ways Emerson Woods broke things down sparked further inspiration in some gray zones. I also loved the DIY suggestions.
