Looking forward to book 2

I'll be honest, I loved everything about this book. It's got just the right amount of suspense, sexual tension, and humor.

Quite the group

Yonuh is such a gentleman. And to think it all started out with him going to leave the others behind, good thing he changed his mind since they saved each other. Obviously he's a "big teddy bear" but other than the fact that he opens his home to the trio in the story, you learn that he also gives away food as well to others and helps people even though it hasn't benefitted him in the past. I have to say, Onyx is my favorite of them all with his witty retorts. It's probably because of the fact of him just being a gremlin but he's so funny with what he says. And they all have their own special abilities. I love how the author put it all together. Especially when including the bad guys and the adventures and love. Looking forward to how this trilogy continues.

This narrator is new to me but I think he did amazing. Each character has their own defining difference and he was able to bring that out in each of them. I look forward to hearing him in the next book and other works he does

Scott Wilcox narrated with gusto.The book seemed to be going for grit ,sex,and I'm not sure what else.It was not for me.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.' 

Love the writing style!

loved the book from start to finish. Can't wait for the next few books to come to audible!!!

badass horror heroes

I love badass horror heroes! This book delivered for me. I really like the character depth. I thought they played well off each other and have hit the story perfectly.

"Good Enough Story, But went to Sex"

I enjoyed the Story, but Narrator speaks to softly with some of the characters voices and WAY to Loud with Onyx Voice. I listened to this book on Audible and Had to keep changing the volume which was irritating and a pain. The book starts out well, but the author made it become more about big breasts and Sex which took away from the actual story. Some sex is fine, but changing the focus of the story to mostly sex, not my ideas of what the 1st part was going for.
Already have the next 2 Audible books, so will continue the Series and see where it goes.

couldn't continue

I can't say if it was the story, just not my kind of story, or the narrator. I tried to listen and get into the story but I just couldn't and cut it seriously short.
