LOVE this series....best one yet!!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I love the Holland family, Blue Heron Winery and Manningsport....this particular book, although it includes some very sad scenes, in large part is laugh out loud funny. I'm hoping there will be another book or two or three.....Connor still needs someone, and so does Jessica.......just a thought.

What does Amy Rubinate bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Amy Rubinate is AMAZING as narrator of this series. Although the books are a wonderful read, she adds life to the character and gives each character a uniqueness that would be missed otherwise.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

For the love of Blue Heron.

I really enjoyed this book because the female lead was not stupid or weak or childish she was strong and made good decisions

Book 4

This was a very cute series ! I love this reader! She is so good at narrating Kristan Higgins books!

a good story!

I didn't realize this was fourth in a series. Darn! Now I have to go back and read the first three! I liked it. Higgins is a reliable author, who always paints the female characters with interesting careers that Higgins seems to research pretty well. There is always an equally interesting series of sub-plots, and there is always a happy ending. I like to listen to Higgins' novels, particularly after reading something unsettling, since I know her books will always have a happy ending. That may sound dull to some, but I like her books, and this one was very good too.

I loved this book!! LOL I laughed out loud, and cried and felt upset for Emeline and them happy .. this book was just what I needed.

Great Series 1

Great Series!! I've enjoyed the whole family, small town, everyone knows everybody. Never realized that a hero would go through so much but it happens. I look for books narrated by Amy Rubinate. She can changes those voices so well.

I look forward to Connor's story. Not sure if he is next but I am going to keep looking for KH's next book.

Laugh out loud funny and just a few tears

I laughed aloud during parts of this book it was such great fun. Yet the author was able to bring a few tears as some of the more difficult things Jack and Emmaline were each dealing with were brought to a satisfactory close. Any one who has ever struggled with a stutter or worked hard to lose a lot of weight will find some parts of the book especially fun.

Listened to this one straight through on a snowy day and plan to listen to it again soon! Definitely credit worthy.

I’m enjoying this series very much. Can’t wait to start the next book. Kristan Higgins is a great writer.

Great character development

This was a truly enjoyable listen. I had to get used to the narrator’s nasally “drawl”? Sort of annoying, but I was able to get past it, because the story is so good. The characters were all people I could visualize and can even compare those people I know in real life. Looking forward to more books by this author.
