Never saw it coming

l was happy with the first in the series and expected more survival issues. rebuilding the world...this was so expecting. the author was brilliant with her imagination.

I am in awe

The two Dyer books have a trick and I am not going to tell you about it, but this set left me in awe.
This book here is wonderful, well written, wonderful characters, lots of surprises. And a happy end.

I loved the first book. and while this second part of it, it is a bit different. definitely pure romance with a but of twist. the narrator is great. her voice is smooth and easy to listen to. if you havent read or listened to the first one I highly suggest you do.

I liked book 1. I LOVED book 2! I really liked the direction the Dyer story took. It was unexpected after the first one ended, and this one began. I was not disappointed. Good narration. Good second half. Kudos!

Harsh At First, but worth it.

The beginning hurt to hear but man was this book lovely. Completely different from the first book, but the journey is beautiful. Ren and Andrea are probably my favorite Lesbian Romance couple. Just perfect.

Brilliant!!

Wow! What an amazing end to a story. I must say, I did not see any of this coming. I loved learning more about Ren and what makes her tick. Book one took me on a roller coaster ride and book two took me to outer space! I love the story and the narration was excellent! I am a fan of Claire Highton-Stevenson's work but this book has put her in my top 5 favorite authors! I highly recommend this series!!

Special

When I finished this 2nd chapter of Ren’s life come full circle, I was both sad and fulfilled. Fulfilled because of the story and how well it is written and how the story laid out. There was no made up angst, no drama that usually accompanies this genre. This was a simple story of a woman who captures her life back and has the ability to forgive and absorb all that was left for her to grow on. I was sad because although it ended in a completed story and in a good place, I want to know so much more of these characters and how their lives build. The writing enabled me to feel these women and actually believe in them and see their lives unfold. There is nothing sexier than a powerful woman in the world of politics and Andrea was all encompassing. Truly a great story and no, although you do not need to read “Dyer Needs” before this, I think it would be a disservice to yourself if you did not. The 2 books totally engrossed you in their story and feeling the emotions and allowed you to see the entire picture. I would hope to see a new chapter at some point as I think that Ren and Andrea could be wonderful role models for the future and family. Well done!

Sequel is surprising and satisfying
