If left untold

The words, "If only..." spoken at the end of this story. Although I read this book before, hearing the audio helped me envision it more. "If only," would things have turned out differently for the couple had the secret been told earlier? I absolutely loved the story. It's the type of story that would keep you thinking long after you finish the book.

Suspenseful!

This story was INTENSE and has me wanting more! Really hits my feelers with all the life events. The writer really makes you feel like you're there and almost helpless going through the same emotions as the main character does. Couldn't stop once I started. Perfect amount of lead. So many emotions too, I feel like a freight train has hit me and I'm disoriented because I felt them all.

One of my favorite books

What a journey this was and how incredibly strong Frnchesca is. Through all of life’s Chaka goes she continues to take steps forward, no matter how hard they are.

great book. hope to read more by this author. the emotional journey was great. super happy I finished the book. male character made me pretty mad a couple of times.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. I felt a connection with the characters which kept the story interesting and left me wanting to read more.

This book would be a good read for any late teen/adult. I have a family of readers, and I would recommend this book to my older teens.

When I choose books, I am often swayed by which one I will read next based on the cover. At first glance, this one would be one I would not pick up. I like the “idea” of the cover after having read it, but I don’t feel like it does the story it’s full justice.

I am still left wondering WHEN Francesca had her tattoo covered….

Overall, read this story. You will enjoy the unfolding of the events.
