This particular episode is pure gold. Dealing with these more emotionally charged items is really hard for me, so the focus on being able to be who you are now is really helpful. Will probably end up listening to it multiple times over the coming months to help me out. Thanks Dana!

I love this book and all the books she has written about the cluttering I listened to them while I clean the clutter and organize, and it has helped me and my marriage.

I will be honest, I had bought all of the other chapters but didn't think I needed this one. But actually the I found it really helpful. I have decluttered A LOT but still held onto things I thought would be helpful to others. Now I can let go of those and live for my current life.
