Really helpful
I will be honest, I had bought all of the other chapters but didn't think I needed this one. But actually the I found it really helpful. I have decluttered A LOT but still held onto things I thought would be helpful to others. Now I can let go of those and live for my current life.

I have read most of Dana’s books, and there was not one new idea in this. It served to remind me of some tips from books, but it’s not even an hour long. Get a book instead.
