The kickstart I needed

This very fast listen is a perfect launching board to get you writing. It's motivating and helps you figure out where to get started. Getting yourself to write is overwhelming as it is, and a lofty book about indentations and capitalization is just not what I needed at the moment. While it is short and sweet, it is still filled with some surprisingly good advice and you definitely walk away feeling like you learned something you needed to know. Thanks Michael!

I downloaded this helpful Audible and clearly I should be writing a script instead of a book. So, now I will. If you think that this book is going to teach you how to write a script - as in the mechanics of the technique on paper. You’re in the wrong book. But if you want some insight and some charming antidotes, and some solid advice on how to get started, you’ve come to the right place. Fun and informative. I've made it a point to read all Michael Rogans books on writing.

Just the kick in the ass I needed!

Really good book to help the person who has been procrastinating for months, years (or decades) to get that screenplay on the digital page. Very clear actionable steps to get your writing out of your head and into the hands of people who may do something with it. The narration fit the directness of the author. Great book.
