Not written by a horse person & not about mustangs
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
This book had a few paragraphs, maybe a chapter about the history of mustangs. The rest was all about care, choosing a gelding/mare/stallion, finding shows, etc. The order of subjects made no sense, there were constant inaccuracies, and the writer is obviously not a horse person (they referred to colts/fillies as ponies over & over, among other things). Even my 8 & 12 year olds heard errors. It's only $5 but don't waste your money!
