some good generic tips
good refresher but mostly basic sales techniques. I did like that it was very coffee shop minded. The narration of the book was bad(worse towards the end). but this book was about saving money... so must have been more efficient for Greg to read it :) Probably a better choice for physical book purchase.

Unique marketing ideas
if you are a small business, let alone a small coffee shop/bake shop oriented business, this audible is worth the credit or purchase. It presented unique ideas on it's own as well as spurred my natural creative process as well. Great listen.

Must-read for anyone looking to open a coffee shop
I went into this book very very did I already say very very skeptical fully expecting that I was going to return it and then it was some scam from some guy who knew nothing about the business looking to cash in on hopeful business investors. I was study to find a shop full of not just good ideas but what looked to me as cornerstones for running any successful coffee or cafe store. Admit the author reading his own book you would expect it to be a bit better the performance is subpar but you're not listening to this book Forest story you're listening this book for insight and information and that it has

there are a lot of basic marketing tips but this book is still a wealth of information. the author who also narrates this book pauses at weird times as he is forming thoughts. this makes the book kind of awkward sounding and unnatural... still definitely a good listen though!
