Thanks to the author.....
This book not only teaches you how to communicate, but has tons of practice exercises to reinforce the concepts and make sure you are actually applying what you learn. It has exercises to try and tips that I keep coming back to in order to see if I am making progress. It is a good reference and workbook. It is up to the reader to put in the effort to take notes and to continue working on more effective communication.

The book isn't a game changer but it's definitely a helpful reminder of how to change our thinking from ourselves to others. I learned a lot of concepts from this book that are very applicable.
