Gained loads from this book but the best parts for me where on confidence, something I have struggled with in the past.

Helped me as a shy man

I am quite a shy man, especially in social situations or around attractive women. This book has given me a new found sense of confidence which is more than worth the money I paid for it! Im going to listen to it again now.

Good for shy men

I am recommending this book to men who are shy, such as myself. Helped a lot but I will say the second half of the book is MUCH better than the first half.

Solid and original

Narrator good but the content is top class. Nice to hear something vibrant and new, not the same old rehashed nonsense. Loved the case studies showing how different men approached different situations with women, I found this particularly helpful.
