Great book for me on my leadership journey

This was a great read and told me a lot of techniques I can use to help me as a leader in build leaders around me. It’s only what I needed to hear I would recommend this to anyone new leader or veteran leader. I look forward to practicing, but I’ve learned thank you. Good luck.

This book was so good I am going to go buy it now. I nodded my head along & said AMEN like every sentence. 10/10

Loved the book but it felt redundant of his others...

Great book, but again it did feel a bit redundant of John Maxwell’s other leadership books! Overall, great read though!

An excellent book for new leaders like myself. I highly recommend John C. Maxwell's book.

if leadership is what you're trying to learn

this book gives great Insight on how to build a leadership team. and nurture that team to the fullest of its potential while teaching you to take a personal look at your own leadership styles and current state of leadership abilities and pushing you farther.
