It can range from the lows of depression to the highs of obsession. As a result of the depression one may lose pleasure or interest in a lot of the activities and end up hopeless or sad. Whereas your mood may swing into obsession one may fell full of energy or euphoric. The symptoms of this condition are severe, and are quite different from the normal mood swings you undergo through from time to time.

waste of time!
Good gracious, What a total waste of time on this very short book, pojectorly read by audible actress, and with little to no information about a very important subject. It does NOT include a test but simply tells you what tests to take. The poor audible actress who read it used poor grammar-misuse of "the" vs "thee" and the author seems not to have put a moment's thought into it. More of a pamphlet than a book.
