I only discovered them through an Anthony Ramos song…then dove in head first in their music, podcasts, YouTube channel, Live From the Backyard, Magnolia show and now this book. They are incredible songwriters and musicians. I am attending my first JS show in October. Am I excited? It me. I am convinced the Johnnyswim name meaning will be auctioned to the highest bidder someday just like Carly Simon’s “You’re So Vain” lover. Abner and Amanda, call me. I promise not to tell! 💕

I could not put it down!!! I listened non-stop!
Abner and Amanda tell a beautiful story of their life and their relentless pursuit of their purpose while simultaneously building community on and off the road. Stunningly written and breaktakingly honest.

I laughed, I cried, I LOVED IT!

I love Abner and Amanda and how they live their lives so authentically and creatively! They are an inspiration, a beam of joy and breath of fresh air! Loved learning about their stories more, they wrote poetically, profoundly and yet very playfully as well! I loved the audible version so much I purchased a hard copy to support them and to have a little piece of who they are and all they stand for in my home, on my coffee table!
