How God can find us & use us at our best & worst

God uses every single moment of our life to draw us to Him. Even when we think we are useless God uses us. What an encouragement for me especially in a season of ministry hurt and personal pain. I have been where both writers are at one point or another and seeing how their friendship carried them through difficult times was a refreshing reminder of my importance in the race. Thank you for fanning my flame guys!

I would highly recommend this book! The genuine perspective of the authors as they tell their story is heartwarming and relatable. Knowing the history and story behind music, life, friendships, family, and faith is interesting and profound. It’s relatable and a relief to know that most people go through trials and tribulations and that friendships, family, and faith get us through. It’s a precious gift to have the belief and faith of someone when you don’t believe in yourself.

I fell in love first with the song Craig. It became my sons hype song before his basketball games over the past winter. We still play Craig to this day instead of Horse outside after I showed my boys the Hayes do this. I pre-ordered this paperback book then quickly got the audio book so I could listen to it quicker than I could read it. I laughed. I cried. I was so thankful I listened to this. Hearing this exceptional book in Craig and Walkers voice made it all that much better. This is one you won’t just read or listen to once. I am inspired and encouraged. I am thankful for this book and all the stories inside.

Amazing

I am a huge Walker Hayes fan and absolutely love his song Craig so it was a no brainer that I had to get this book when it came out and it did not disappoint! This story between Walker and Craig and their families is a true testament to friendship and how God puts certain people in your life. I enjoyed listening to them tell their story and encourage everyone to go pick up a copy of this book. Note: make sure you have a box of tissues close by, as you will need them!

the best book I have heard ever, joy, tears, hope

I loved it and hearing from Walker and Craig really made it the best. I could feel the emotions, I cried tears of sadness but also of so much joy. im late to being a Christian but since I made that choice my life has changed profoundly. The reference to scripture has had an impact on me helping me to feel closer to God. I praise Jesus daily for the life I have been given and how he grabbed on to me throughout the lowest parts of my life. Thank you Walker and Craig for this book.

Raw, real, honest and inspiring!

Loved listening to this “behind the scenes” look into true biblical friendship and transformation that can only come through Jesus Christ from 2 “regular” guys. Amazing Book!

I read this book in a day! I love the story of Walker and Craig how they are blended together. How God orchestrated their friendship and all the details of their lives. I love how Craig and Walker are allowing God to use them as a vessel to bring glory to him and bring people. Loser to Jesus. I can relate to so many things in both their stories. I’ve also lost a child and wasn’t able to have anymore. I’m so sorry for your loss. I am continually amazed how God uses everything and is so good. What the enemy uses for evil God will use for good 😊. Thank you for writing this book!

Beautiful, hopeful, redemptive…read it!

I have struggled to find just the right words to put in this review because I feared sounding overly dramatic and insincere. So I will keep it simple…. This story was beautiful, hopeful, and truly refreshed my soul.
