Sandford Does it Again

I find that many authors of series books tend to fall into the formula trap after producing four or five books with the same main characters. To the delight of his legion of fans, Sandford avoids this trend with the Virgil Flowers series. This book is as fresh and interesting as the first book of the series, while maintaining all the elements that make "that f$#king Flowers" so beloved. The hunt for the killer in a small town is complex and believable. I really enjoy the complexity Sandford weaves into the support characters of the townspeople. Sandford does it again; creating an imaginary world you look forward to spending a few hours in and longing for when the story is complete.

Always an enjoyable listen. Virgil is persistent and let's us in on his thinking which makes it fun.

Loved it. Good narrator also. Will listen to the whole series. Shouldn’t have to write more than that

As always, JS has done a marvelous job with this book, including the characters, the storyline, and of course the humor! Great read!

Outstanding Story

Just right amount deceit, greed and fun! That F' n Flowers gave us an excellent ride twist and turns that I couldn't put it down. I read it in two days.
