This audio-book is spot on. Any chance I got, I would listen to it because every chapter was so relatable. She does an absolutely wonderful job breaking everything down. I am VERY grateful I came upon this audio-book.

A magnificent audiobook. The author really dives deep into the topics of Empaths and Narcissistic Abuse and why these two topics are connected. Narcissists love Empaths. It is important for you to be aware of this and understand how to protect yourself. If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse the author does a superb job on how to break away and recover. Really recommend.

I am a Skeptical Rmpath

I am very skeptical when it comes to things of the spiritual nature. However some of the stories and resources given in this book that I have tried has definitely been very helpful and allowed me to navigate some of my gifts so I can’t really explain or really truly fully understand. So as a skeptical Empath I give this a thumbs up!
