Overall I enjoyed it liked how fate kept doing its thing.

I liked the story but Jru was working my nerves with her being so naïve for Milo, and the female narrator was not my favorite by far. Once I got past that I really enjoyed it.

Cute couple, cute story. I wish there was a little more conflict like the first series. It was a light read that provided distraction and entertainment

A good heart getting what she deserves

Jru and Crew were cute. I loved how he made his intentions known and gave her the space to realize it as well. It was a cute story. Jru had an open heart although it didn’t fair well until Crew but she didn’t give up on love and that’s what I loved about it. Crew swept her off her feet and walked the walk … listen and enjoy.

Good storyline, narration needs help

I really liked the storyline and the male narrator. The female narrator needs to practice her fluency. She made it difficult to listen, bit I struggled through her chapters because the story is really good.

I see commenters saying the narrators were bad but i think they did a great job. I’m happy that there wasn’t a lot of drama or trifling behavior. It had me cackling too. I really enjoyed it.

Had Meaning

But the way Milo trampled all over her made me sick 🤢. I hope there is no one out there that stuck on stupid. Narrators did a good job and there were some laughs to be had.

Drew and Crew

I’m enjoying the Brookwood series. The author shows us the sisterhood, success and journey towards happily ever after for these black women. Both male and female narrators nailed it.
The epilogue happened before the last chapter so the story jumped from one place to the end and then picked back up bit by then we already knew the end of the story. Otherwise I really liked this book and the series with these group of friends. So far Drew’s story is my favorite.

Having the ability to be yourself is powerful especially in a relationship

Love this story I am going down a Jah worm hole wish there was a real community like Brookwood

Funny should be a sub genre!

Loved the male narrator! I’m always on the lookout for another book bae. He actually made the story for me although I did enjoy her quirkiness lol

An overall great listen

It started out slow in my opinion but once the storyline caught me I was hooked.
