It's been years since their parents were murdered. Twin sisters Shia and Leigh are trying to readjust to life while caring for their baby sister, Remi. This was a great story line. The book was crazy and had me talking out loud. I love it

Didn’t give enough

Was a good listen but didn’t give enough details why was Maxwell/ Dimitri so enthralled in the revenge over a woman leaving that he had to hurt the entire family why was the mom such a cheater and why did the adoption papers come up if there was never a point and why would rent just respond to an email blindly makes no sense logically this book makes no sense and the ending doesn’t have the grand wrap you would expect but kept u listening to find out why but the why is never given and with the title mayb should’ve been geared more towards Phylicia I’m gonna listen to another title by author and see if stories improve . The narrator made the story the way Nicole small reads makes you listen other than that not worth it
