Great story- HORRIBLE FEMALE narration

I love Freya Barker’s stories and Sebastian York is always fantastic but the female narration in this title was just nails on chalkboard AWFUL! I just kept praying for Sebastian to come back. I made it through with only a few fast forwards when this annoyingly loud female who mispronounced so many things (including Jason Mamoa’s name-seriously!??). I will definitely not use a credit to buy any other titles narrated by this female. No offense to her, just not my cup of tea. Sebastian saved the day and I was able to enjoy his parts and get the gist of the story.

Loved the storyline. Took a bit to get used to the female narrator. Luna and Ouray deserve love.

The start was hard stay in but later very 👍 good book. would recommend it.

So far this series has not disappointed me…the storyline of These two I really enjoyed. Can’t wait for book 4

Loved it

Some of the book was predictable, but I’m happy that it ended the way it it. Sebastian York is amazingly as always!! The female voice was ehh 🤷🏻‍♀️ But overall it was a great story!

great story

This was a great story. rarely do you hear about bikers and cops getting along. it's normally the other way around. the relationship between Chief, Ahigga and Luna was great. Going dom singular to a family was a nice progression. Mama's role with the boys was great too. The narrator did ok. I didn't care for her portrayal of men's voices.

Wasn’t sure at first

When I started this book, the female narrator was off-putting to me. I wasn’t sure I would be able to listen to her narration of this book, however by the 2nd to 3rd chapter it got better and I started to enjoy her narration. Sebastian York is ALWAYS a great experience when he narrates. I especially love his female voices. I truly enjoyed this book and I’m so happy I stuck with it. I’ve listed to almost the entire series; about the start the last one!

A Beautiful and Exciting Story

I loved how the two heroes stayed true to their characters and then made the most of their situation. The relationship with the boy was so very beautiful! I was in tears by the end!

This was great. Totally NOT who I expected Luna to fall in love with, but that’s probably what helped make the story. The female narrators male voice was kind of icky and the only reason it didn’t get five stars.

I pride myself on guessing my way through the mysteries created by talented authors. What a delight to be fooled by the creative mind of Freya Barker. I gladly look forward to investing time and money on more of her books.
