I thought this short audiobook for guided meditation was helpful in getting a good nights rest. I just wish it were longer because 37 minutes wasn't enough. I couldn't go to sleep right away. It ended before I could. But I will try playing it back to back. I like the abient noise in the background as it helped with the somewhat nasaly breathy tone of the narrator. She was good, but could enunciate the words more. She had a good accent though. Even though I didn't sleep immediately, I did get a restful sleep once I eventually knocked out. So I do recommend this for a better sleep at night.
