Straight up, and Strategic
Antoinette has hit the sweet spot beautifully, a practical and robust approach to leadership development that aligns fully and effectively with business strategy. Antoinette’s models are intuitive and clear, and well illustrated through examples and practical suggestions. I appreciated that Antoinette narrated her book as well, made me feel like I was directly benefiting from her personal coaching. This book would be useful for all leaders and teams, not just those in tech!

A Must-Read for Leadership Development for All Organizations
This is an excellent leadership book for any organization interested in developing, retaining, & getting the most from its employees. Its focus on ways to develop leadership for all employees & tailor leadership skills for the specific position is profound, yet commonly overlooked. This leadership approach can be easily adopted & measured, & the author offers additional tools on her website. I really enjoyed hearing the author read about her dynamic approaches to strengthening organizations.
