Its focus on ways to develop leadership for all employees & tailor leadership skills for the specific position is profound, yet commonly overlooked. This leadership approach can be easily adopted & measured, & the author offers additional tools on her website. I really enjoyed hearing the author read about her dynamic approaches to strengthening organizations.
