But, there's more to the request than Emery's letting on, and there's more to Jordan's willingness to help than she wants to admit. Faking it is all about the spin, but when lines begin to blur, both women have to decide if falling in love for real is worth the jump.

An OK book

A week in Hawaii is the background of the story, a sad past love and a friendship leading to love, is an OK book not really any drama.
Narration as always was excellent and that saved the book.

Cute love story

I really enjoyed this book, characters were great at times predictable but still likeable. Lori Prince can read anything and it's magic, you'll surely enjoy this story.

Angsty, hot, slow burn

This was a sweet story with lots of angst, heat, and a slow burn. Both of the MCs were likable and relatable. The only thing I wish is that the book was longer. I feel like there could have been more content in the beginning to give the MCs’ relationship a backstory. It would have been great to watch them become friends and navigate their emerging feelings before taking the trip to Hawaii. Overall, this was a wonderful listen, and Lori Prince was excellent as always.

Great story; bad ending

I enjoyed the story despite the fact that it did not develop the cast of characters as well as I would have liked. It won’t keep me from trying another book from this amazingly descriptive author. She makes it easy to visualize every scene and I love it.

Pretty good

This is not my first Monica McCallan book, I did enjoyed the story but it did had a lot of angst, needed to take a break during my listen. Story it's a bit far fetch, but it's good book nonetheless.

story is kind of scattered, I was a bit scattered.

I think Monica has talent and this book will be one I listen to again. Lori Prince is almost always good in her narration. If the story had more cohesiveness, it would have been a five star. Jackson
Told you, I listened to the book again. Must have been off when I listened the first time. I really liked it the second time around. Changed my overall rating to 5 stars.

Prince saves the day

I bought the book because of narrator, I enjoy her readings. The book was ok.

Bored

This book took forever to get going and once it did, the writer did not keep it up. I would listen to it to help me nap and it worked every time.
