Excellent book on grief which greatly helped me process my grief after the death of my husband. I have asked for and gotten remarkably specific signs he’s still with me in spirit.

I have experienced loss before in my early childhood. I’m not stranger to death, but I recently lost my teenage nephew and this grief is rocking my world. I have never experienced anything like this and immediately sought out counseling and started reading medium books. I was grasping for anything to really lean into for comfort. I eventually found this book almost a month later. It’s been a slower read for me, as it’s recommended to only read a few chapters at a time.

I cannot express how incredibly helpful this book has been to me. It’s an absolute gift and has made me feel closer to my nephew than I ever have before. I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone who has lost someone. No matter what you believe, I feel like this book will offer some sort of comfort and support for anyone.
