Amid these new principles, one member of the workforce, top salesman Ray Martin, finds his voice and openly challenges the new practices, making himself a target of his new boss and her team of puppet managers in the process. Now, with his career imploding and on the verge of a complete nervous breakdown, Ray must take some risky steps to protect his ability to provide for his family before he loses everything.
