A different kind of story

The story was more fantastical than serious. The characters were well written. This is not the “normal” type of DK book. The actor’s voice was mellow and soothing. It worked in this story.

Wonderfully done!

The narrator was spot on giving all the characters their individuality! I’ve read Koontz novels for many years and am never disappointed!

Honestly, I loved this listen!

This has to be in the top 10 of all the Koontz books! I will be listening to it again. Highly recommended!

Good story, but too short

The overall story and plot were good although it could have been longer and had a few more plot twists and turns. I didn’t care for the narrative device(third person or first, he wasn’t telling). The bad guys were almost a caricature of badness.

Koontz doesn't disappoint.

Always strange and suspenseful. Would like to see more of his works on the big screen. Thank you Mr. Kootz.
