Great book

The ending is great and it talks about in the end that just reading is useless (def agree)

good starting point or to help with a rebuilding year. chapter 8 is key for driveway leaders in an organization.

Good insights

Pretty decent insights for those in management positions or just seeking to get a better handle on their productivity. I was not a fan of the narration however so it wasn't nearly as good a listen as it could have been.

Meh

This is one of those books that was cobbled together quickly from other sources and brings literally nothing new to the table about the concept. Not only that, but a huge portion of the book has nothing at all to do with using OKR’s and goes into management styles, performance reviews, etc… The narration is robotic and stilted, so much so that I wondered on a few occasions if it was a synthetic voice. There are great books out there about the subject. This is not one of them.
