Excellent treatment of OKRs

In about 3 1/2 hours, this book presents the key elements of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Not everyone is a fan of the "business novel" concept (such as Eliyahu Goldratt's The Goal), but I enjoy that style from time to time. This book actually is two short books in one ... an engaging business fable and an excellent, concise presentation of the use of OKRs. If you're not a fan of business novels, the second half of the book is well worth the purchase price.

I read a lot of OKRs articles around the internet, but this book actually told me how to set OKRs with a startup fable, interesting way to learning!
