Great story, blah delivery

Love this series. The narrator however is basically lifeless. The change in tone between characters shows little or no effort. Entire delivery is flat emotionless and completely uninspired. When narrating a thriller, I feel it would be helpful for the narrator to actually be fully engaged and take into account the momentum of and characters. Not impressed Audible. 😞

Horrible narration

I love the story, but the narrator was awful. Zero tone inflection, read like a grade schooler, and had the most annoying Minnesota twang.

Good story

I love Blake Pierce, but the narrator ruined it for me. Good story but I won’t be listening to anymore. I will buy the rest of the series and read it myself. When I listen I want to hear a “voice actor” not just someone reading it to me.

Narrator was awful

Story was pretty good but the narrator was really awful. Almost put me to sleep.

bad fake British accent, I can hear the tones change for edited sections and it is distracting.
