Never in my life have I ever “listened” to a book that helped me change my life, I know I’m a gambling addict, and I know what I had to do to stop, but for some reason I let my GAM always take control- the way you made me look at myself in different perspectives is what helped me. Anyhow, this book is great as it provides ways for recovering from the monster that is gambling, which I think could be applied to any addiction for that matter.
