To Air BnB or not?

As someone who as done extensive esearch and watched all of the vlogs I could find this book hits all the important key things to consider and remember. This is a great way to make money and the author does a great job at reminding the audience that this is still work and you will need to be careful if you make the decision to do this. Great read !Highly reccomend!

Very useful tool

A good, informative book. It gives you a complete rundown of all aspects to consider before committing to becoming a host. It is a must read if you are considering getting into aurbnb.

A very thorough guide

My spouse and I hosted an Airbnb before the pandemic. Nothing super fancy, but cozy and passable for those just needing a bed for a night. If we decide we feel comfortable enough to start hosting again, I've got all sorts of ideas so really step up our hosting game!

Awesome Narrator!

I haven’t listened to a book read by Tammy yet and she had an even tone almost like a newscaster that made the information easy to retain. I have been on the fence about doing this and feel more prepared after listening to this book.

Great description

Crystal does a great job at explaining the advantages and disadvantages to opening up your home to make a little side money. If you think you want to do this you definitely should listen you will feel much more secure in your decision after having this information.

Sectioned books are the best!

A quality that helped me enjoy this book was the sections it was broken down into. I was able to group my notes and have a more organized flow of thoughts. This makes it easier to think of questions or concerns and not have a bunch of jumbled thoughts.

Very Informative!

I was surprised how much information there could be on how to be an Airbnb host. As someone who has stayed at her fair share of Airbnb’s, I see a lot of details that superhosts use that were discussed in this audiobook. Details like local attractions, instructions on household technologies/utilities, guestbook for guests to sign and share stories, and snack bars. Outside of that, I never really realized what went on behind the scenes: how much preparation there is before starting hosting, as well as between each guest. I never realized how complicated taxes could be when considering hosting an Airbnb. This book definitely covers every detail to help you be fully prepared to start renting out extra space. Definitely worth the listen if you’re planning this side hustle!!
