Practical and Wise
This is a well written book by a brand new author. John Palmer synthesizes his early life on the farm, his military education, and his 32 years of military service into a leadership guidebook for every level of leadership. Rhe Practical Farm lessons come back again and again to provide the bases for success at any level. Very few books address the complete leadership journey in a practical and applicable lesson format. This is a great book for new and mature leaders alike and I highly recommend it.
