A fun, exciting and delightful romance. Lex and Posey are cute together. I enjoyed how their friendship evolved into so much more then either of them expected. I enjoyed going on this electrifying ride with them.

Fabulous Formula for Romance

Sawyer Bennett is mastering a new sport in another fast action romance series. Formula Fling welcomes readers into the world of racing while weaving in such a natural love story. I’m revved up for more to come!

Interesting new sport

I enjoy the story as I do most Sawyer Bennett books. The only thing that bothered me throughout the book was the heroine's age of 23. That just feels so young, especially to be a writer of romance novels. And the fact that she had been writing them for three years just didn't seem to make sense. Basically she had published her first book at 20 and became successful in three years. I thought about it through the entire story, but the characters didn't feel 23 and 24. They did feel older. I also struggled with the fact that the hero went from a party boy to a relationship guy in essentially a day.

A new series

I enjoyed listening to this new series set in the Formula 1 racing world - with a name change. Posey is an historical romance author but wants to write a romance set in the racing world. She wants to write it with authentic information so she goes "undercover " as a sports writer to get the full immersion anonymously. Lex is a bad boy in the racing world and the team owner has given him one last chance to straighten up. She puts Posey with him to shadow him and keep him out of trouble. He's upset at first since Posey isn't his usual type of girl. He figures out her secret and says he'll help her if she'll help him. They become attracted to each other and start a no strings romance. What happens when the press finds out? I liked this story and I'm looking forward to the next book. The narration was good with both narrators doing different accents.

Delightful

The two actors reading this story were amazing. They captured and shared the emotions Posey and Lex were feeling. I enjoyed the laughter shared by these two. And just for fun, Harley is full of surprises.

Disappointed

I am a Hugh fan of this author and have read all available books on audible. I was very hopeful with this new adventure but it just didn’t click with me. The book was fine. I had to start the book twice as it didn’t grab me the first time and I found I wasn’t eager to get back to the book AND I didn’t finish it. Stopped with an hour left, I wasn’t interested in how it would end. I’m sorry for the not so favorable review but thought readers should have a heads up and make their own conclusions
