Best story ever

This book is excellent. Narrators were excellent. they brought out the characters well; they brought thr characters to live.

Loved this book

Narration was Amazing. I Love Midnight but Lauren sounds a lot like Trei Taylor. But she was still Amazing as well. Some parts made me want to smack to characters for the dumb decisions they made but overall a really good read.

Excellent read

I love this book. I love this book so much that I've read it 3 times in the 6 months since its release (it's a comfort read at this point). Rae Lyse's writing is so captivating that you crack one of her books open just to take a peek and before you know it, you've read 80 pages. The entire Sun Series is excellent but Ant and Venus hold a special place in my heart. The only reason I didnt give this audio version 5 stars is because of the male narrator. The mispronunciations, the odd inflections, random pauses in the middle of sentences and the garbled words almost ruined the listening experience for me. Anthony's lovable, magnetic, complex character fell flat with his performance. Sigh. I probably won't revisit the audio but I will definitely read this book again (and again).

The BEST

This is one of my favorite books ever. My favorite romance books involve excellent world building, intimacy, and some surprises along the way. This book had all that. Nuney is a 10/10 and Rae truly has a gift.

The length

Sweet story but it truly didn’t even have to be this long. I felt like things were constantly being repeated for emphasis but wasn’t necessary. The overall story was sweet. I was so glad to hear Munch COULD speak

I just love the writing style, I loved me some Nuni!! Im.glad the both overcame their issues. I just love the story and the characters. the narration was good Lauryn does her thing.. midnite is good and sometimes he's a miss, but he was good in this book.

Soul food in book form

I love how the plot is simple but compelling. The character development is A+++. Love Anthony and his narrator. I had to warm up to both Venus the character and Lauryn the narrator but was rooting for her to get her HEA.
