Can't stop sharing this book!
There's so many great insights in this book to help take the pressure off of leaders to try and handle every single issue that arises themselves. And it also is so empowering to understand that it is for our team's benefit that there are certain things that we can't handle alone and were never meant to, but as they step up to the plate with solutions, it creates life and synergy and often is a better solution than what we could come up with on our own. And ultimately there are so many things that are beyond our grasp that God alone has the solutions to, and it's freeing to trust Him and let Him do what only He can do. I've shared this book so many times with leaders around me and I'm about to listen through myself again!!

I have a deep affinity for Ps Rob and I may be a bit bias. However, I can verify that these stories are not only true but also alter moments that we can remember where God showed up for our church.
