So hard to press pause, love Ford and Quinn

Ford and Quinn have become my favourite Starlight Cove couple, their story is hard to pause.
The audio just adds that next level to Fearless Heart. Joe Arden and Emma Wilder sound amazing together. And Joe Arden is a perfect Ford *fans self*
Fearless Heart is overflowing with laughter, fun and endless sparring banter between Ford and Quinn. The chemistry between them is electric and is constantly ranging from a furious simmer to a five alarm fire. The family text chat is snort laughingly funny.
Beneath the lightness of this book though, Brighton Walsh has added a deeper undertone. Quinn is trying valiantly to move out from under the trauma of her childhood and narcissistic parents. Unfortunately she is stuck working for a misogynistic boss while trying to work towards her dreams. And that’s where her high school rival Ford comes in with what could be a solution to her problems. Ford is the ultimate swoon worthy book boyfriend who does everything he can to be the caring, thoughtful and thoroughly attentive ‘husband of convenience’. However the lessons from her parents run deep and Ford’s playboy image pushes at Quinn’s insecurities.
There are several small grand gestures from both Ford and Quinn throughout and each of them melted my heart. I love how these two communicate, not always perfectly, but ultimately they bare their hearts and trust the other to hold it with care.

Hot damn is this a fabulous listen! Who cares about the story lol - it was fabulous too, but didn’t matter! Ford.is.amazing! Quinn doesn’t know her worth - Quinn helps her see/feel it!! 🔥🥵🌶️ it’s fantastic!

Joe Arden IS FORD!

This narrative of this hot, sexy small town fake marriage love story is perfection! I love this family and the love interests they find, but Ford and Quinn are my new favorites!

4.5/5⭐️ 4/5🌶️ 5/5🎧 “In the words of my friend @lanelane04, “Ford my wife’d the hell out of Quinn.” This book was HEAVY on the my wife trope. Ford was so swoonworthy and Quinn was a strong, driven woman. I loved their rivalry and miscommunication. Such a great listen.

The possessive, freaky, mouth watering Ford McKenzie has made this quit the read for me. Boy does he know how to talk “his wife” through it. Formally known rake to doting husband he has easily climbed to the top of my book boyfriend list. & the Andy is one of my favorite narrators, he made this experience that much better. Worth the credit/$$.

Well Joe has done it AGAIN! The storyline was adorable and I love the fact that the maid female character was CURVY! We need more books like this. And of course Joe Arden was fantastic bringing Ford to life!

I really enjoyed this book and narrators did a great job. I can't wait for the next book.

QUINN AND FORD!!

WOW!! This series just continues to amaze me. FORD's dirty mouth is straight FIRE. Quinn I literally related to her so much. This would have been a 5 star read for me, but the 3rd act break up was not needed in my opinion. Otherwise, this was perfection.

Ford & Quinn are pure fire ❤️‍🔥

Ford & Quinn's story is SO GOOD! Best one yet. This enemies-to-lovers story has such great banter and their chemistry was explosive. There is so much history that these two play on - I ate it up. There is also an emotional depth here that I don't think the first two books hit as much. And the spice in this one is SO GOOD! Ford claims his wife and makes good on that claim over & over. Wait until you get to his ex's wedding scene! Holy moly - this was pure fire. This had it all - spice, drama, angst. I ate it up.

🎧 And the audio performances as always are a 10 out of 10. Joe Arden & Emma Wilder are perfect.
